You'll notice that we don't have a lot of fine print.

Cancellation Policy:

If MNODN cancels a session, each paying participant will receive a voucher for a future session, or refund the expense of the session.  We put a lot of effort into planning and scheduling our sessions; our intent is to hold each session as scheduled.  In the rare situation we are forced to cancel, we will do the right thing and work with each participant to ensure adequate reimbursement.   We also commit to giving as much advance notification as possible.

Refund Policy:

If a Session Participant isn't able to make a specific session: 

  • If notification of absence is provided within 72 hours of the session, we will refund the session or provide a voucher for a future session.

  • If notification of absence is provided less than 72 hours before the start of the session, then the participant will not receive a refund or a voucher for a future session.

Each session involves cost of the room, food, and session materials.  Prompt communication helps us accurately plan for each session.  Bottom line - if you can't make it let us know as soon as possible.

Note: the Refund Policy does not refer to workshops.  Please reach out to the workshop coordinator for questions regarding workshop expenses and refunds.
