MNODN Mentoring Program

MNODN is proud to offer a mentoring program to support OD professionals in their personal growth and development in the field of Organization Development.

Whether you’re excited to inspire a newcomer, connect with a fellow pro, or get an inside look at life as an internal or external practitioner, this program is your path to community, learning, and growth.

Mentorship here isn’t one-sided; everyone gains from shared insights, tackling real-world challenges, and growing together. From seasoned OD pros to the OD-curious, OD-adjacent, or anywhere in between, this program meets you where you are and helps you level up.

Program Options:

  • One-on-One Mentorship: Dive into a dynamic partnership focused on boosting your skills, confidence, and professional edge.

  • Small Circles (3-4 people): Join a mini community where every member brings a unique perspective, creating a rich learning experience.

Program Highlights:

  • The program typically runs from January through August, though that may vary

  • Welcoming students and professionals from all backgrounds and experience levels

  • Ideal for building lasting, impactful connections in your network

  • Includes a kickoff, mid-year check-in, and closing celebration

This program is currently on pause while we recruit a new Director of Membership and Mentoring. However, please reach out to any member of the MNODN board if you have interest in mentoring in the meantime.
