Registration is now open for MNODN’s newest way to connect as a community: OD in Action. We are excited to continue the series with a timely and highly relevant topic: OD as Culture Catalysts.

OD in Action - Real Client Work. Shared Learning is an in-person, member-driven think tank where we learn from one another by sharing tools, techniques, and resources along with practical examples of how they’ve been implemented in organizations.

This session will focus on how members are using OD to shift and/or strengthen organizational culture – why was a change needed? What principles were applied? And ultimately, what did the work lead to?

During this interactive exchange, members will: 

• Hear how peers OD in their culture today 

• Share tools, frameworks, and approaches they’ve found effective 

• Discuss client experiences, challenges, and lessons learned 

• Leave with ideas and insights they can use immediately 

Whether you’re actively involved in organization culture work or looking for fresh perspectives and practical ideas, this session is designed to provide meaningful, actionable takeaways.

During this session, there will also be a "Resource Exchange". Please consider bringing one book or other resource you have found valuable in your OD practice to exchange with other participants. We are not able to manage donations or items left behind, so please embrace the "exchange" intent by taking something with you if you bring something to share. This is one way the community can support each other's growth and success.
