Registration is now open for MNODN’s newest way to connect as a community: OD in Action. We are excited to continue the series with a timely and highly relevant topic: Integrating artificial intelligence into your OD work.

OD in Action - Real Client Work. Shared Learning. is an in-person, member-driven think tank where we learn from one another by sharing tools, techniques, and resources along with practical examples of how they’ve been implemented in organizations.

This session will focus on how members are integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into their organization development work, including a discussion of ethical and safety implications.

During this interactive exchange, members can look forward to:

• Learn how colleagues use AI in OD work today

• Share what uses of AI were/are particularly effective

• Discuss challenges and lessons learned in using AI with clients

• Explore ethical and safety concerns in using AI in internal and external OD work

The first 30 minutes are reserved for connection and networking. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

During this session, there will also be a "Resource Exchange". Please consider bringing one book or other resource you have found valuable in your OD practice to exchange with other participants. We are not able to manage donations or items left behind, so please embrace the "exchange" intent by taking something with you if you bring something to share. This is one way the community can support each other's growth and success.
