MN Organization Development Network is a member organization supporting professionals practicing and interested in the field of Organization Development. We are based in the Twin Cities area.
Members benefit from the following services:
Monthly programming sessions are designed to inspire and advance current thinking. We believe there is much to be gained in challenging assumptions, asking questions, and pushing our current thinking. The programming year runs from September through May. Each monthly session consists of:
Engaging speakers discussing highly relevant topics to OD.
Networking time (typically opportunities before and after the session)
Collaborative large group and small group discussions.
Pragmatic "take-aways" that encourage stronger OD practices.
At MNODN, we believe that providing OD requires a community of support. We are building a community of practice by:
