Join us September 5 as we kick off our new programming year to learn how to integrate a people analytics framework into your practice. Start measuring ROI and other organizational impacts to demonstrate greater results for your work.
In this session, we will provide a broad overview of what people analytics (PA) is and we’ll share a framework you can apply to better design and evaluate your learning and development initiatives.
As OD practitioners, we spend significant time, energy, and money creating OD initiatives, whether they be transactional training series or complex interventions like an elaborate new leadership development curriculum. As a result, we often have to demonstrate the impact of our work, (e.g., “transference of learning”). Many times, we find ourselves scrambling to gather testimonials or surveys of training effectiveness. We know we made a difference, but measuring the impact can be a challenge for many of us OD practitioners. A commonly missed opportunity is the design and collection of impact measures prior to delivery. Measuring ROI and organizational impact is a tangible and practical skill we can integrate into our OD tool kit.
· Understand what people analytics is and how to apply it to OD
· Understand what you need to start your people analytics journey (if you haven’t already)
· Think through steps of how to measure the impact of your initiatives using a people analytics framework
· Interactively work through a practical example of how to apply people analytics to OD
