Dr. Tina Thompson works in the higher education community working with learners, leaders, and organizations to maximize persistence and operational effectiveness. She has 18 years of experience as an educator, coach, and business leader. Her professional background is founded in higher education, for-profit, non-profit, and government experiences. Her academic areas of specialty include leadership, business management, organization development/administration, strategy, and innovation.
In addition, Dr. Tina Thompson is a collaborator and consultant using research, experience, & knowledge to produce client specific results. Her consulting practice concentrates on authentic leadership, coaching, research, data collection, and data analysis. Her research interests are in authentic leadership, organization development, employee retention, organizational commitment, and profitability.
Dr. Thompson has earned a Doctorate of Business Administration in Leadership from Capella University and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. She has received her B.S. in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota.
