Julie Moore Rapacki is a Strategic Change Management consultant. She seeks opportunities to assist organizations in timely, efficient and effective transitions– whether experienced due to merger/acquisition; major technology upgrade, switch out, or redesign; change in leadership; rebranding; new product development; litigation or strategy change. Julie has extensive experience working with new business formation, retail and change management. Before founding Polish Your Star, a business focused on leadership and development for female leaders and emerging leaders, she spent nearly 20 years at Best Buy in roles from Human Resources Clerk, Generalist, to Corporate Counsel and Project Manager.

Julie is past President of the Lawrence University Alumni Association Board of Directors, past member of the Gender Fairness Implementation Committee for the MN Supreme court and the Business Women’s Committee of the Woman’s Club of Minneapolis. She received her Bachelors in Liberal Arts, Philosophy major from Lawrence University and holds a juris doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
