Natalie started her career in Minneapolis with a small mortgage company at which she was the “Training Department”. After moving to Austin, Texas, Natalie consulted for Eagle’s Flight of America working with Fortune 500 companies to deliver high-impact experiential training programs across the United States and Canada. She went on to Randy Smith Training Solutions working with deep sea oil rig companies to improve their safety culture. She traveled to the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the Gulf coast working across cultures to deliver leadership, communication and behavioral safety training courses for multi-cultural audiences. Natalie transitioned to the healthcare industry when she became the Learning Consultant for Seton Healthcare, the largest healthcare organization in central Texas. She managed the front-line manager leadership training, new employee orientation and worked on culture change initiatives for the 8000-person organization.
While in Texas, Natalie enjoyed volunteering, including 7 years with the Austin Chapter of ATD where she was President in 2002. She also volunteered with the Austin Area Urban League, providing leadership coaching for their Chair and working with the Board of Directors on their strategic direction.
Now back in MN, Natalie is enjoying getting re-immersed into the Twin Cities market and looks forward to finding the right fit in an organization.
