Event Registration Policies

Minnesota Organization Development Network (MNODN) Cancellation & Substitution Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and received within one week for national workshops and five days for monthly meetings.

A refund minus a 20% administrative fee will be issued. Registrants unable to attend the meeting may send an alternate.

Cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the MNODN administrative office via email (admin@mnodn.org), mail (3900 Main Street NE, Columbia Heights MN 55421) or fax (763-226-2393). 

Cancellations received less than one week prior to a national program or less than five days for monthly meetings are not refundable. Refunds are not issued for "no-shows."
